About Dew Aesthetics

Emma Bird is an Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner and Independent Nurse Prescriber. First qualifying as a Registered General Nurse in 1996, with a background in Intensive Care and Cardiac Surgery, in 2003 Emma Qualified as a Surgeons Assistant with the Royal College of Surgeons. Assisting with open Heart surgery and harvesting Veins Independently.

In 2013 Emma’s Career Path led her into Facial Aesthetics with a passion and interest in Anatomy, healing and the ageing process.

Emma is fully Insured by Hamiliton Frazer and fully qualified to perform procedures including: Anti wrinkle Injections, Lip Augmentation, Dermal Fillers for face, PDO Threads, Platelet rich plasma Therapy, Clinical peels and Micro Needling.

Most recently Emma has become involved in the practical aspect of teaching Basic Botox and Dermal Fillers to other Practitioners at the Lee Walker Facial Aesthetics Academy in Liverpool.

Emma is a Member of ACE the Aesthetics Complications Group as well as The Northern Aesthetics Practitioners Group which enables her to keep up to date with evidence based Procedures, Guidelines and Protocols.

Emma always has her Patients best interests at the forefront with her philosophy being that she will always strive for the most Natural look for her Patients putting their needs and safety first at all times.
